Privacy
This policy explains what IQPets stores, why it is used, and how people can manage or delete their data. This page is written for release review and should be replaced with your final legal copy before launch.

IQPets stores account identity details, pet profiles, lesson progress, rewards, streaks, passport notes, reminder settings, and premium subscription status so the app can deliver training plans, progress history, and pet-specific recommendations.
The current repository integrates Clerk for authentication, a PostgreSQL database for app data, and Stripe for web subscription checkout and billing portal access. Native mobile releases should migrate digital premium purchases to store-native in-app purchases before production submission.
IQPets requests notification permission only when the user explicitly enables reminders. Notification tokens and reminder preferences are stored so the app can deliver training nudges, milestone reminders, and streak support.
Users can manage privacy settings inside Settings and can request full account deletion from the in-app delete account flow. Deleting an account is intended to remove both the local IQPets profile and the linked authentication account.
